This course will foster student-driven exploration, experimentation, collaboration, art appreciation and studio practice by building upon visual arts appreciation. We will work to establish a blended learning studio environment that encourages student-centered artistic practices with emphasis placed upon innovation, appreciation and visual and aesthetic awareness. Students receive small group instruction and more individualized/personal learning through online and face to face format. Seminar time may include demonstrations, collaborative learning, studio time and critiques.
